Benjamín Naishtat is an Argentinian filmmaker graduated from Universidad del Cine and Le Fresnoy. Having directed Historia del Miedo (2014, Berlinale Official Competition), El Movimiento (2015, Locarno Film Festival), and Rojo (2018), winner of the Silver Shell for Best Director at the San Sebastián Film Festival. His latest feature, co-directed by María Alché, Puan (2023) was awarded Best Screenplay at San Sebastian and was nominated for the Goya Award for Best Ibero-American Film.
