About Directors
Lorenzo Ferro

Lorenzo Ferro was born in Buenos Aires in 1998. He is a director, actor, and musician. As an actor, he starred in El Ángel (Cannes Film Festival, San Sebastián International Film Festival, TIFF) and Simón de la montaña Critics' Week - Grand Prix, San Sebastián International Film Festival 2024). He received the Best Actor Award at the Festival du Nouveau Cinéma de Montréal, the Lima International Film Festival, and the Santiago International Film Festival for Simón de la montaña, as well as Best Actor at the Havana International Film Festival and the Fénix Awards for El Angel. He has appeared in series such as Narcos, Fanático, and El Marginal, and has worked with renowned directors including Luis Ortega, Amat Escalante, Federico Luis, Andrés Baiz, and Lucía Seles. He also trained with Manuel Abramovich in the course "DIP" (Documentary, Image, and Staging).
He wrote and directed his first short film, La Pasión, which received the Argentine Cinema Incentive Award in the International Competition at BAFICI 25. He is currently awaiting the international premiere of his first feature film as director, The river train (El Tren Fluvial), in the "Perspectives" section of the Berlinale.

Lucas A. Vignale

Lucas A. Vignale was born in Buenos Aires in 1997. He began his career as an editor and then shifted to directing, focusing on the music industry. He has worked with artists such as Bizarrap, Duki, Nicki Nicole, Milo J, J Balvin, Trueno, Nathy Peluso, and Wos. In 2024, he directed Tripolar 360, a documentary about the band Usted Señalemelo. Together with Gaspar Prim Díaz, he wrote and directed a short film and a medium-length film for Gaspi's YouTube channel, which together have exceeded 17 million views. In collaboration with Lorenzo, he wrote and directed his first short film, La Pasión, which won an award at BAFICI 25' in the International Competition. He is currently awaiting the international premiere of his first feature film as director, The river train (El Tren Fluvial), in the "Perspectives" section of the Berlinale.
