SYNOPSIS

Eyüp works relentlessly under the blazing sun during a tomato harvest in southeastern Turkey, driven by the urgent need to settle an impending debt. After a clash with his supervisor, he roams the city in search of a radical solution.

BIOGRAPHY

Murat Fıratoğlu was born on 07.09.1983 in Siverek. He studied law at Dicle University. Among Fıratoğlu’s short films are ‘Straw Dust’ in 2007, ‘The Edge of All Possibilities’ in 2008, ‘Albatros Dreams’ in 2008 and ‘The Photo of Kholoud Ahmed’ in 2016, which was shortlisted for Sabancı Foundation Short Film Platform. “One of These Days When Hemme Dies” his first feature film. He lives in Istanbul and works as a lawyer
